Правовий статус наукових консультантів Судових палат Верховного Суду України

Abstract

У статті досліджено складові елементи правового статусу наукових консультантів судових палат Верховного Суду України. На думку автора, структура правового статусу наукового консультанта судової палати Верховного Суду України включає такі елементи: професійні права, професійні обов’язки та відповідальність. Автор доводить, що дисциплінарна відповідальність наукових консультантів судових палат Верховного Суду України як державних службовців за своїм змістом є спеціальною.

The article examines the components of the legal status of the scientific advisers of the court chambers of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. According to the author, the structure of the legal status of the scientific consultants of the Chamber of the Supreme Court of Ukraine includes the following elements: professional rights and professional duties and responsibilities. The author argues that the disciplinary responsibility of the scientific consultants of the court chambers of the Supreme Court of Ukraine as a civil servants in a content is special.
