| Abstract: | Норми «м’якого» права відіграють важливу роль у нормативній системі регулювання міжнародного співробітництва. Кожна зі сфер такого співробітництва детермінує особливості використання норм «м’якого» права. Автор виокремлює відповідні особливості для сфери міжнародного співробітництва з питань боротьби з фінансовою злочинністю. Norms of soft law play important role in the normative system of regulation of international relations. Each of areas of such cooperation determines the features of application of the norms of soft law. The author defines the respective features in the area of international cooperation on countering financial criminality. |
