Перші міжнародні інституції й елементи зв’язку судна з державою прапора

Abstract

У статті досліджено форми взаємовідносин судна й держави в аспекті діяльності міжнародних конференцій і їх реалізацію в конвенціях, які безпосередньо стосуються проблем використання Світового океану у сфері торговельного мореплавства. Вивчено міжнародно-правові та організаційні заходи, ужиті з цього питання, їх вплив на розвиток сучасного морського права.

The form of interaction between the vessel and the State researches in this article, in terms of activities in the international conferences and their implementation in conventions that have direct relevance to the problems of Global Ocean in the part of merchant shipping. Researched international legal and institutional measures, adopted on this matter, and their influence on the development of the modern maritime law.
