Abstract

У статті детально аналізується роль стейкхолдерів у процесі реалізації девелоперських проєктів, описуються концептуальні положення, що стосуються зіставлення різних проєктів. Цей процес включає як проєкти, що викликають зацікавленість стейкхолдерів, так і ті, які відповідають реальним можливостям компанії. Науково-практична задача вибору фінального проєкту полягає у досягненні балансу між інтересами стейкхолдерів та ресурсами компанії. Важливо, щоб цей баланс був не лише теоретичним, але й практично реалізованим у процесі управління проєктом. Наукове дослідження підкреслює, що успішна реалізація девелоперського проєкту безпосередньо залежить від врахування думок усіх груп стейкхолдерів, які мають відношення до його реалізації. Формування комплексного підходу до управління стейкхолдерами, що включає регулярні зустрічі, обговорення та звітування, є важливим аспектом.

The article analyzes in detail the role of stakeholders in the process of implementing development projects. Stakeholders can be various groups, such as investors, local communities, suppliers, as well as representatives of government agencies. It is important to note that one of the key components of the successful implementation of development projects is effective communication with all stakeholder groups. Thus, taking into account the role of stakeholders in the implementation of development projects is a strategic necessity that directly affects the success of these projects in the modern business environment. In particular, in modern conditions characterized by economic instability and turbulence, companies are forced to adapt their strategies. Choosing a project that meets the company’s capabilities becomes critically important. The discreteness of the magnitudes of benefits and contributions to projects means that assessments can be of different values. This complicates the decision-making process, as it is necessary to take into account the interests of all stakeholders. The article describes the conceptual provisions related to the comparison of different projects. This process includes both projects that arouse the interest of stakeholders and those that correspond to the real capabilities of the company. The scientific and practical task of choosing the final project is to achieve a balance between the interests of stakeholders and the resources of the company. It is important that this balance is not only theoretical, but also practically implemented in the process of project management. The research emphasizes that the successful implementation of a development project directly depends on taking into account the opinions of all stakeholder groups that are relevant to its implementation. The formation of a comprehensive approach to stakeholder management, which includes regular meetings, discussions and reporting, is an important aspect. Thus, organizations can adapt their strategies in accordance with changing conditions and receive feedback, which, in turn, allows them to respond promptly to challenges. In conclusion, stakeholder involvement is not only a matter of ethics, but also an essential element for achieving success in managing development projects.
