| Abstract: | For the first time in method spectrofotometrie in hard phase (SHP) a natural silica - a diatomite Celite 545 is used. On example of the determination of amount Co2+ in solution within 10-6 - 3* 10-5 M a possibility of using the diatomite Celite 545 in quantitative analysis is shown . On the grounds of studying the kinetics of adsorptions Co2+ on modified diatomite Celite 545 optimum time (10min.) of preliminary concentration of ions of Co2+ is determined. In such a way the time of determination of ions Co2+ is reduced from 25 to 15 minutes by method SHP . |
