Формування нових фахових компетентностей у жінок ВПО засобами соціальної роботи

Abstract

Актуальність проблеми формування нових фахових компетеностей у жінок ВПО обумовлена низкою причин, серед яких відсутність вакансій на ринку праці та зокрема на території приймаючої громади, потребою у гнучкому графіку роботи, пов’язаною із наявністю неповнолітніх дітей, пошуком більш високооплачуваної роботи, адже внутрішня міграція в Україні супроводжується втратою майта та різким зниженням рівня і якості життя. Мета статті полягає у дослідженні процесу формування нових фахових компетентностей у жінок ВПО в процесі навчання, зокрема причин прийняття рішення щодо необхідності здобуття нових фахових компетенцій, специфіки життєвих змін, пов’язаних із самим навчанням, особливості здобуття нових знань, мотивації та образу майбутнього, пов’язаного зі здобуттям нових фахових компетенцій. Методом дослідження є фокус-групове інтерв’ю, яке дозволяє отримати якісну інформацію від самих жінок ВПО, вільну від стандартизованих форм. В результаті дослідження виявлено, що процес навчання жінок ВПО новим фаховим компетентностям відзначається потребою у зміні стилю життя; вивільненні додаткового часового ресурсу для навчання; коливанням рівня мотивації; потребою у підтримці; формуванням стійкого позитивного образу майбутніх змін. Для збільшення ефективності процесу запропоновано практики поширення співпраці з донорами; розробки системи внутрішньої підтримки; надання можливості звернення із запитами після завершення навчання та надання постнавчальної підтримки.

The relevance of the problem of forming new professional competencies in internally displace people (IDP) women is due to several reasons, including the lack of vacancies in the labor market and in the host community, the need for a flexible work schedule, the search for higher-paying jobs, as internal migration in Ukraine is accompanied by the loss of property and and savings. The purpose of the article is to study the process of forming new professional competencies in IDP women in the process of studying, in particular, the reasons for deciding on the need to acquire new professional competencies, the specifics of life changes related to the study itself, the peculiarities of acquiring new knowledge, motivation and the image of the future associated with the acquisition of new professional competencies. The research method is a focus group interview, which allows obtaining qualitative information from IDP women themselves, free from standardized forms. It has been found that the process of teaching IDP women new professional competencies is characterized by specific features, including the need to change their lifestyle and free up additional time for training for IDP women, fluctuations in motivation, the need for support, and the formation of a stable positive image of future changes. It has been established as the result of research that the following practices have positive prospects: expanding cooperation with donors, developing an internal support system that will help stabilize internal motivation, providing opportunities for contact after completion of training.
