Abstract

Практична підготовка професійних та кваліфікованих фахівців в галузі соціальної сфери є запорукою повоєнного відновлення громад та однією із умов надання якісних соціальних послуг для людей, які постраждалі від наслідків повномасштабного вторгнення. Метою статті є аналіз практичних інструментів професійного розвитку майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери. Автор використовує особистісно-орієнтовані, ситуаційні, психоедукаційні методи для професійного розвитку майбутніх соціальних працівників для вдосконалення їх компетенцій та практичних навичок. Описові та аналітичні методи мають пріоритет у вивченні структурних елементів теоретико-аналітичної схеми розвитку професійних компетенцій майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери. Робота досліджує теоретичні підходи, які обґрунтовують необхідність поєднання теорії та практики у підготовці майбутніх соціальних працівників. Висвітлено практичні кейси навчання студентів кафедри соціальної роботи та управління соціальними процесами Дніпровського національного університету імені Олеся Гончара на основі Теоретико-аналітичної схеми професійного розвитку майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери. Подано приклади ознайомчих візитів, лекцій, тренінгів та успішні соціальні практики взаємодії з міжнародними гуманітарними організаціями, неурядовими організаціями та благодійними фондами, державними установами. Розкрито ефективні технології розвитку професійних навичок соціальних працівників.

The practical training of professional and qualified specialists in the social sphere is the key to the post-war recovery and rebuilding of communities and one of the conditions for the provision of qualified social services for people affected by the consequences of a full-scale invasion. The article aims to analyze practical tools for the professional development of future social workers. Methods applied: personality-oriented, situational, and psychoeducational methods for the professional development of future social workers to improve their competencies and practical skills. Descriptive and analytical methods have priority in the studying of the structural elements of the theoretical and analytical scheme for the development of professional competencies of future social workers. The publication described theoretical approaches that determine and stipulate the need to combine theory and practice in the training and educational process for future social workers. The author of the article highlights practical cases of practical work with students of the Department of Social Work and Management of Social Processes of Oles Honchar Dnipro National University based on the Theoretical – Analytical Scheme of Professional Development of future social workers. Effective technologies for the development of professional skills of social workers are revealed and analyzed. Future specialists in the sphere of social work studied the work of non-governmental organizations that established safe spaces for people affected by the consequences of war.
