| Abstract: | Electrophilic cyclization of 1,2,4-triazol-3-thione allyl thioethers has been studied under the action of iodine and iodine bromide. Using of NaClO4 leads to increase products yields of electrophilic cyclizaton under action of bromine or iodine and to improve process regioselectivity. The peculiarities of halogenation of 1,2,4-triazole allyl thioethers have been studied under the different conditions. The optimal conditions for maximal regioselectivity have been determined in halogenation processes. |
