| Abstract: | BBV by incubation with malignant sarcoma 37 cells has induced their apoptosis which
was revealed by fragmentation of nuclei and cytoplasm, on coated by plasma membrane vesicles (apoptotic bodies). Luminescent-microscopic
investigations have shown that the percent of apoptotic cells for sarcoma 37 cells was about 90. Obtained
data open prospect of researches in the field of phytovirotherapy of oncological diseases.

ВОГ при інокулюванні зі злоякісними клітинами саркоми 37 індукував їх апоптоз, який проявлявся фрагментацією ядра і цитоплазми на везикули, які вкриті плазматичною мембраною (апоптичні тільця). Люмінесцентно- мікроскопічні дослідження показали, що відсоток апоптичних клітин для Саркоми 37 складав близько 90 %. Отримані дані відкривають перспективу досліджень в області фітотерапії онкологічних захворювань. |
