| Abstract: | Досліджуються погляди відомого українського правника Є. Ерліха про сутність права та його багатоаспектність. Із цією метою аналізується праця Є. Ерліха «Основоположення соціології права». Зауважується на окремих суперечностях його вчення. The views of the famous Ukrainian lawyer Ye. Erlih about the nature of law and its multidimensional nature are investigated. For this purpose the Ye. Erliha’s paper “Notions of the sociology of law” is analyzed. Some controversies of his teachings are observed. |
