| Abstract: | The article is dedicated to study theoretical and practical aspect of the transformational structure of migration flow of human resource and its ukrainian components under influence of the globalization processes of world economy. It considers the modern theoretical approaches to study the structure of migration flows, revealed factors and trends, that determine the transformational process. The social and economic consequences to international migration of human resources are investigated in this work, also the role of migrants in the system of economic development factors are determined in conditions of globalization. |
