| Abstract: | Social and political views of O.Eihelmann concerning the content of the state as the political institution is analyzed. The typology of states proposed for the «two criteria», namely: the type of political culture and the form of state system is considered. The peculiarities of selection of the best form of state according to O.Eihelmann, namely: mental traits and national instincts of population, its ideology, religion, specific character of territorial location and use of the experience of developed countries are pointed out. The relevance of opinions of O.Eihelmann is highlighted. |
