Riadenie štátnej služby na Slovensku z pohľadu integrujúcej sa Еurópy

Abstract

In the article the author analyses the stages of development state service in Slovakia. The author draws a conclusion, that main goal of civil or public service should be providing services to the society that are qualitative, timely, and match public expectations. It means that civil service and public administration are not just for own purpose but they fill in a very important role in the society which is the transition from the old approach based on the orientation toward inside to the orientation toward outside.
