| Abstract: | The theoretical and methodological fundamentals of studying the process of management of foreign economic activities of transnational corporation have been described and revealed. The comparative method, the logical method, the method of structural modelling, were applied in the process research. Major tendencies and short coming in managing the foreign economic activities of transnational corporation were analysed. The ways of effecient application of the world’s experience of TNC activities in Ukraine were suggested. |
