| Abstract: | This article is dedicated to the proсеss of construction of social problems in the communicative space of modern society. The author analyze the specific method of construction of the social problem – metaphor, that models our views about social reality. The author especially focuses the attention on the positive and negative aspects of using the metaphor of “declaring war” in modelising of social policy in the solution of the social problems of society. |
