Abstract:	У статті висвітлюються теоретико-правові аспекти системи права. Аналізується зміст поняття «система права». Акцентується увага на тому, що специфіка сучасного розвитку соціальних систем, у тому числі і правової системи, складовою якої є система права, показує, що еволюція соціуму перейшла на новий етап свого розвитку. Ключові слова: право, праворозуміння, система права, системність права, структура права.
Description:	The system of law theoretical and law aspects are elucidated in the article. The essence of the notion of «system of law» is analyzed. Attention is paid to the fact that the specific features of contemporary social systems development in general and the law system, the constituent of which is the system of law in particular, shows that the society evolution has passed through on a new stage of its development. Key words: law, consideration of law, system of law, systematization of law, structure of law.
