| Abstract: | Historical genesis and practical experience of populism formation as original phenomenon and his tendencies are considered. Rich empirical material proving ambivalent and antagonistic meaning of populism ideological currents is investigated. It is found out that populism having not a single meaning and a qualification condition by its reactive and peculiar attempts to solve difficult social-political situation. |
