| Abstract: | In this article the author analyses the possibility of rise of the Fourth World War and its consequences for human life. The focus is emphasized on the causes of this war, and one of the main factors is civilization factor. The author stresses on the need of create counteraction to possible threats of war and creating such balance of powers that would be removed the negative consequences of intercivilization conflicts in specific examples. Attention is accented on the role and place of Ukraine in this process, because it was at the cross-roads of interests of different civilizations from ancient time. |
