Врегулювання етнонаціональних процесів у контексті еволюції українського законодавства

Abstract

When considering the situation of this or that ethnos in a certain country it is better to start from the analysis of normative and legal base. International relations and regulation of inter-ethnic intercourse must be based on law. Today Ukraine has a certain normative legal basis, however it needs updating. The way that has been chosen by Ukraine means the construction of the state that follows the principles of national interests and national priority in a state not ethnic context. And the idea of Ukraine as the motherland for all citizens, who connected their lives with the Ukrainian land, has to become a uniting factor of state-building process. At the same time, the state guarantees observance of the principle of pluralism , that is support and development of ethnic originality of all the country’s nationalities .Hence, to regulate its ethnic-national process Ukraine has to adopt Conception of ethnic policy.
