Трансформація політичних інститутів в Угорщині кінця 80-х – середини 90-х років ХХ сторіччя

Abstract

Hungary became a peculiar benchmark for democratic transformation of specific internal areas of post-communist society. Therefore, the author identifies the main vectors of the democratization of political institutions in Hungary: the holding of free democratic elections, changing the old communist elite in a peaceful way, the development of party system in the Republic of Hungary, the establishment of the Hungarian civil society. The conclusion is made that to achieve modern results of democratization in Hungary would be virtually impossible without a partial democratic reforms in the Hungarian social and political life.
