| Description: | The article tells about the theoretical and legal aspects of the limits of judicial power. Approaches to understanding the nature, the place and importance of judicial power, the limit of judicial power in the state legal system are analyzed. General limits of the judicial power and concrete manifestations in different areas of the state are described. Sociological and legal aspects of the interaction of law and morality, government and society are examined. Key words: power, law, morality (ethics), society, state, limitations. |
