| Abstract: | А.М. Братасюк Клініко-ендоскопічна характеристика аденоматозних поліпів товстого кишечнику у хворих старших вікових груп ДВНЗ «Ужгородський національний університет», м. Ужгород, Україна Мета – вивчити особливості розвитку та перебігу аденоматозних поліпів в осіб старших вікових груп. Матеріали та методи. Обстежено 134 пацієнти, яким виконано колоноскопію та гістологічне дослідження біоптату. Результати та висновки. За результатами ендоскопічного та гістологічного досліджень виявлено, що найчастіша локалізація аденоматозних поліпів відмічалася в сигмоподібній кишці і становила 70,37% випадків, а серед виявлених нами аденоматозних поліпів найчастіше зустрічалися тубулярні – у 84,26% випадків. Водночас, клінічні прояви були мінімальними. Ключові слова: товстий кишечник, аденоматозні поліпи, похилий та старечий вік. |
| Description: | Clinical and endoscopic characteristics of adenomatous polyps of the large bowel in patients of older age groups A.M. Bratasiuk SHEI «Uzhgorod National University», Uzhgorod, Ukraine Purpose – the aim of our study was to investigate the characteristics of the development and course of the AP in older age groups. Materials and methods. In this study, we selected 134 patients who underwent colonoscopy and histological examination of biopsy. Results. The results of endoscopic and histological studies, we found that the most frequent localization of adenomatous polyps in the colon and sigmoid was 70.37% for cases detected among our most frequent adenomatous polyps tubular polyps – in 84.26% of cases. Conclusions. The results of clinical and endoscopic examinations revealed that the most frequent localization in the sigmoid colon adenomatous polyps, and the histological data most often met tubular polyps. At the same time, clinical manifestations were minimal. Key words: colon, adenomatous polyps, advanced and old age. |
