| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто проблему визначення юридичного змісту поняття «майно». Робиться висновок, що в юридичній науці дана ка- тегорія в її змістовному сенсі остаточно не визначена, розглядається у тісному зв’язку з поняттям «речі», хоча дані категорії необхідно розрізняти. Автором дається визначення цього поняття, яке засноване на матеріальному і правовому змісті даної юридичної категорії, що дає можливість відрізняти категорію «майно» від суміжних юридичних категорій. Ключові слова: цивільне право, майно, річ, права. |
| Description: | The problem of determining the legal meaning of the category «property» is considered in this article. The author concludes that the jurisprudence in this category is its meaningful sense is not defined, It inputs in the relationship with the concept of «things», although these categories must be distinguished. The author provides a definition of the concept which is based on the material and the legal content of this legal category, which makes it possible to distinguish the concept «property» of related legal categories. Key words: civil law, property, thing, right. |
