| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of the basic theoretical concepts of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, it turns out their advantages as well as disadvantages. The author analyzes the legislative approaches to resolving this problem, many legal systems, including the countries of the European Union and Ukraine.
