| Description: | In the article the peculiarities of the civil responsibility are analyzed. The need of new meaning of the consequences of non-conclusion’s the main contract is attempt to set in the present article. In article the author’s position on the question of the reinterpretation preliminary agreement and advance payment is proposed, problems of a civil liability in the system of the legal responsibility are investigated, works of the Ukrainian and foreign scientists are analyzed and changes in the legislation of Ukraine are offered. Key words: civil responsibility, consequences of non-conclusion of the main contract, advance payment, obligation, damages. |
