| Abstract: | У пропонованій статті автором досліджується виконавче провадження у таких країнах Європейського Союзу, як Італія, Франція, Німеччина, Угорщина. Для України вивчення позитивного досвіду європейських країн є необхідним кроком, що і обумовлює актуальність даної статті. Звертається увага на позитивні моменти у законодавстві та надаються узагальнення автора щодо здійснення виконавчого провадження у відповідних державах Європейського Союзу. |
| Description: | In the article proposed by the author the executive proceedings in such countries of European Union as Italy, France, Germany, and Hungary are considered. For Ukraine the study of positive experience of the European countries is a required step, which defines the topicality of this article. An attention is paid to the positive moments in the legislation, and the generalization of the author towards the implementation of executive proceedings in the subsequent countries of the European Union are given. |
