| Abstract: | The current stage of development of human civilization, which is defined as the transition society of knowledge is characterized by a qualitatively new requirements to the development of education. Ukraine's entry into civilized world is not possible without structural reform of national higher education system, aimed at preserving mobility, promoting employment of graduates of internal and external labor markets under conditions of high competition. Therefore the system of higher education in Ukraine today is in a state of active reforms: from changes in legislation, implementation of state standards to quality upgrade of education, aimed at lifelong learning. |
