PSYCHOLOGICKÉ ASPEKTY KORPORATIVNÍ ZLOČINNOSTI

Abstract

The article informs about possible use of forensic psychology knowledge in the course of preventing and clearing up firm crime economic delicts and delicts against property. Listing numerous crimes falling into financial crime and defining social and psychological particularities of firm crime the attention of the author is focused on the role of a human factor in committing such crime. The personality of the individual the action of whom may result in potential or even real danger of firm crime origination appears to be the object of forensic psychology attention in solving firm crime problems. Instead of seeking “typical” features of criminals it prefers in seeking inner causes (motives)of financial crime commission so called interactive attitude towards the personality i.e. the assessment of the individuality in context of situation variables and particular conditions the individual ( employee ) occurs in. To prevent firm crime or possibly to get social or psychological causes leading to its commission the particular procedure – forensic psychological audit can be used. In conclusion general theoretical recommendations are applied on practical ones for making a forensic psychological audit in a firm.
