Рівень задоволення студентів ДВНЗ «Ужгородський національний університет» якістю освітніх послуг

Abstract

Природне зменшення абсолютної кількості абітурієнтів, а також реформування системи вищої освіти в Україні, яка між іншим передбачає скорочення кількості вищих навчальних закладів, гостро ставлять питання підвищення якості освітніх послуг. Останні покликані задовольняти не тільки суспільні та колективні, але й особистісні потреби. На відміну від суспільного та колективного вимірів, визначення рівня особистісного задоволення якістю освітніх послуг неможливе без врахування суб’єктивних оціночних суджень їх кінцевого споживача.

Natural decrease in absolute number of applicants as well as reforms of educational system in Ukraine, which include reducing number of higher educational institutions, raise an important issue of quality of educational services. They should me et not only social and collective (corporate) but also personal needs. Unlike social and corporate dimensions, study of personal satisfaction with the quality of educational services is rather impossible without consideration of subjective value judgments of the end consumers. The article is based on the results of sociological survey done by Social and Psychological Service of Uzhhorod National University in 2013-2914 academic year. The research results demonstrate pretty high level of students’ satisfaction with the services provided by the University. Most of the students have chosen this University because of availabi lity of needed specialties and opportunity to get good knowledge. These represent their notion about high quality education. In general , respondents tend to estimate the services directly c onnected to educational process higher than those related to logistical su pport. Older students are more critical than their younger colleagues.
