Дослідження діяльнісно-рефлексивної складової готовності студентів до виховної роботи в школі

Abstract

У статті авторка досліджує професійно-педагогічну підготовку майбутніх учителів до виховної роботи з молодшими школярами, а саме діяльнісно-рефлексивну складову готовності до неї. Діяльнісно-рефлексивну складову автор розуміє як вміння аналізувати, коригувати результати педагогічної діяльності, демонструвати ефективність і продуктивність використання інформаційних технологій, усвідомлення реального рівня підготовки та потреби здійснювати самоосвіту. Статистично опрацьовані данні самооцінки студентів щодо їх готовності до виховної роботи представлені в статті.

The article deals with professional training of future primary school teachers to educational work with pupils. The author has analysed the teaching and refl exive component of readiness to educational work. According to the author, it implies the ability to analyze and correct the results of pedagogical practice, demonstrate the effectiveness and effi ciency of using information technologies, it is also the realization of real level of preparation and the necessity for self-education. The author has considered the mentioned component to be the dominant one in the teaching practice. Statistical data of students` self-assessment to do educational work with pupils has been demonstrated in the article. The scientifi c research was carried out at the faculties of Education in a number of Ukrainian universities. The research was based on surveys of both second-year students and fourthyear students. The research suggests that there are a lot of problems connected with the professional training of future primary school teachers to do educational work with pupils in the modern society. The results show the necessity of improvement the quality of teacher training to do educational work at school.
