Врахування німецького досвіду професійної підготовки соціальних педагогів до правового захисту дитинства у вітчизняних умовах

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі професійної підготовки соціальних педагогів до правового захисту дитинства. З’ясовано, що пошуки шляхів удосконалення професійної підготовки соціальних педагогів до захисту прав дитини в Україні актуалізують необхідність осмислення зарубіжного досвіду підготовки фахівців соціальної сфери до охорони прав дітей, зокрема європейських країн. Доведена доцільність урахування німецького досвіду професійної підготовки соціальних педагогів/працівників до правового захисту дитинства у вітчизняних умовах, що вирізняється результативними підходами і прогресивними ідеями. Ключові слава: соціальний педагог, професійна підготовка соціальних педагогів, соціально-педагогічна освіта, правовий захист дитинства, правова компетентність соціального педагога.

The article is devoted to the problem of training of social pedagogues for the legal protection of children. It has been found out that the search for ways of improving the training of social pedagogues for child protection in Ukraine actualizes the necessity for understanding of international experience of training professionals for the social protection of children, including European countries. The necessity of taking into account of German experience of social workers/ pedagogues professional training for the legal protection of children in domestic conditions (that differs by effective approaches and progressive ideas) has been proved. The main achievements of Germany in this fi eld are: the creation of a coherent system of continuous professional legal education of future social pedagogues; interdisciplinary nature of training and orientation to specifi c targets for the protection of children's rights; appropriateness of training to the real situation; unity of theoretical and practical training, a high level of teaching within the educational process, etc. Key words: social pedagogue, professional training, social and pedagogical education, legal protection of children, legal competence of social pedagogue.
