ІК-компетентність викладачів загальноосвітніх дисциплін професійно-технічних навчальних закладів – вимога часу

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз визначень поняття інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності за ключовими ознаками. Проаналізовано сутність ключових ознак інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності. З метою розкриття змісту явища «інформаційно-комунікаційна компетентність», розглянуто його складові. Уточнено значення поняття «інформаційна компетентність» на основі інтеграції ключових компетенцій. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття ІК-компетентність викладачів загальноосвітніх дисциплін. Ключові слова: компетентність, інформаційно-комунікаційна компетентність, інформація, комунікація, викладач.

Nowadaya the information and communication competence of teachers of general subjects as part of professional competence ia a very topical issue. The author of the article has presented the analysis of the definitions the information and communication competence on key characteristics. The essence of the key characteristics the information and communication competence has been considered. The purpose of disclosure in the phenomenon of "information and communication competence" has been defined. The meaning of the "information competence" based on the integration of key competencies has been clarified. Particular activities of the teachers in the aspect of using and processing the information have been mentioned. The author has suggested his own definition of "information and communication competence the teachers of general education subjects" in vocational education. The emphasis has been made on the need to promote the enrichment of teachers` knowledge, skills of information and communication technologies of communication, as well as intellectual capabilities, implementation of interactive dialogue in a single information space.
