Педагогічні умови реалізації системи формування педагогічної майстерності майбутніх учителів початкових класів

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано сутність системного підходу. Визначено основні ознаки системи. Конкретизовано проблеми різного ієрархічного рівня, що виступають об’єктом системного аналізу формування педагогічної майстерності майбутніх учителів початкової школи. Акцентовано увагу на характеристиці однієї із ознак системи, що визначає особливість реалізації системного підходу – розчленованість на компоненти. Implementation of systems forming pedagogical skills of primary school teachers requires special organization of educational process in higher education system. The formation of a defi nitive system of future teachers’ profi ciency training directing the students on mastering the basis of pedagogic mastery during the process of studying at higher school envisages the substantive examination of the specify of a defi nite problem and determination of the concept of academic research. The paper presents the material to establish the essence of pedagogical conditions determined by researchers to optimize the preparation of future teachers. Pedagogical conditions specifi ed implementation of the system of formation of pedagogical skill of the future primary school teachers. The essence of the systems approach has been grounded in the article. The main features of the system have been defi ned. The problems of different hierarchical levels, which are the object of systematic analysis of pedagogical skills of primary school teachers, have been concretized. Attention has been focused on the characterization of one of the characteristics of the system, which defi nes feature of a systematic approach – dissection into components.
