Результати експериментальної перевірки педагогічних умов підготовки майбутніх офіцерів-прикордонників до управління основними підрозділами охорони державного кордону

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано результати експериментальної перевірки педагогічних умов підготовки майбутніх офіцерів-прикордонників до управління основними підрозділами охорони державного кордону, подано методичні рекомендації науково-педагогічному складу щодо формування цієї професійно важливої властивості. Загалом передбачається, що офіцери-прикордонники повинні бути компетентними у сфері охорони державного кордону, уміти самостійно приймати рішення в повсякденних та екстремальних умовах. In the article the results of experimental testing of pedagogic conditions for the training of future frontier guard officers to manage the main units of the State Border Guard Service have been presented. Methodic recommendations have been also provided to research and educational staff referring the formation of professionally important qualities. Purposeful attention has been given to theoretical training of cadets concerning managerial influence and control of the frontier units, based on systematic analysis of the situation on the national boundary. Pedagogues and psychologists interpret essence of management in the context of operational approach. It is also appropriate to use necessary methods of education to perfect skills of solving of administrative tasks among future border guard officers while organizing guarding; to observe managerial problems by analyzing particular situations for supporting close connection between theory and practice, using the system of professional tasks and business games for formation skills and abilities of adoption the managerial decisions; to acquaint cadets with the main methods of communicative-administrative influence and improvement future frontier guard officers’ skills for effective managerial communication.
