dc.descriptionThe reaction between the hydrazide 4-brombenzene acid and a fourfold excess of carbon disulfide in alkaline medium synthesized source model compound 1,3,4-oxadizole, which are individually selected and conducted clearing. Carried out the alkylation at a mercapto group in the 2- position of the heterocyclic ring. For example, 2-properta - 5-(4-Bromphenol)-1,3,4-oxadizole implemented internally molecular cyclic involving unsaturated fragment under the action of bromine. During the study, all final products were individually isolated and identified by elemental analysis of Nitrogen and the 1H NMR spectrum. The possibility of allocating promoveu heterocyclic product 9 extends electroflo unotron cyclization by the action of bromine also properly, metalline and cinali fragments of the investigated model compounds.en
