Abstract

У статті вивчається вплив економічних чинників на ефективність функціонування неперервної педагогічної освіти в розвинених європейських країнах. Проаналізовано взаємозв'язок між працею учителя і сукупними витратами на освіту. З’ясовано, що економічна криза негативно вплинула на педагогічну освіту. Для того, щоб оправитися від кризи, вкрай важливо, щоб уряди підтримували державні інвестиції у високоякісну освіту для всіх, особливо в галузі сталої педагогічної освіти від базової педагогічної освіти до неперервного професійного розвитку. The article analyses the influence of economical factors on efficiency of continuous teacher education in developed European countries. The relationship between teacher and aggregation of costs of education has been analysed. It has been found that the economic crisis had had a negative impact on teacher education. To recover from the crisis, it is essential that governments support public investment in high-quality education for all, especially in the field of sustainable teacher education teacher education from basic to continuous professional development. The new forces of global competition described above will create increasing pressures for the maintenance of social cohesion within Europe. The importance has been stressed of teacher education and training for the long-run economic and social well-being of individuals and societies alike, such policies could also go a long way towards reaching goals of future economic and social prosperity in Europe.
