Abstract

At the present stage of development of Ukraine the idea of socialization of business and economic relations is becoming increasingly popular. This is due to the fact that one of the most important conditions for stable development of any state is to harmonize the relations between business, goverment and society. The corporate sector needs clear rules in the market: a stable and sufficient legislation, predictable tax rates and fees, long-term program of economic development. In turn, the state and society require the business of responsible behavior, transparent business management, consideration of the interests of stakeholders in the process of management decision-making and participation in solving social problems at both the micro- and macro-level.
