| Abstract: | Статья посвящена проблемам правового регулирования компетенций Европейского Союза и его членов по проекту Конституции ЕС. В статье анализируются основные компетенции ЕС и его членов, вытекающие из текста проекта Конституции, которые ограничивают суверенитет государств – членов, указывается, что основной причи- ной отклонения проекта Конституции ЕС является отсутствие четкого правового механизма регулирования компе- тенций ЕС и его членов. Ключевые слова: Конституция ЕС, компетенции ЕС и его членов, суверенитет государств – членов ЕС, право- вой механизм регулирования, наднациональные органы ЕС. |
| Description: | The article is sanctified to the problems of the legal adjusting of competenses of European Union and his cocks on a project Constitutions ЕС. The basic competenses of ЕС and his cocks, following from text of project Constitutions that is limited by sovereignty of the states – members, are analysed in the article, specified, that principal reason of rejection of project Constitutions ЕС is absence of clear legal mechanism of adjusting of competenses and his cocks ЕС. Key words: constitution of ЕС, competense of ЕС and his cocks, sovereignty of the states – members of ЕС, legal mechanism of adjusting, supranational EU institutions. |
