| Abstract: | В статті проведено теоретичний аналіз таких понять, як інновації та організаційна структура, проаналізовано погляди науковців на класифікацію інновацій та виявлені основні процеси, введення яких потребують змін в організаційній структурі. Виявлена залежність між впровадженням інноваційних процесів та змінами організаційної структури підприємства. Представлений аналіз організаційних структур, що можуть бути використані при веденні інноваційної діяльності, виявлені основні переваги та недоліки, а також, який саме зиск отримає підприємство від налаштування структури управління під окремий тип інноваційного процесу. Ключові слова: інновації, інноваційний процес, організаційна структура управління, підприємство, машинобудування. |
| Description: | This article consists of a theoretical analysis of concepts such as innovation and organizational structures are analyzed and scholars on the classification of innovation and the main processes, the implementation of which requires changes in the organizational structure. It reveals the relationship between the introduction of innovative processes and changes in the organizational structure of the enterprise. The article analyzes the organizational structures that can be used in the management of innovation, its advantages and disadvantages, and what benefits can have company from adapting management structure to a particular type of innovation process. Key words: innovation, innovation process, organizational structure management, enterprise, machinebuilding. |
