Нотаріат як форма захисту прав і законних інтересів громадян

Abstract

У статті розкривається роль нотаріату в захисті цивільних прав і законних інтересів громадян, дається визначення нотаріуса, а також нотаріальних дій, які вони вчиняють. Аналізуються нормативно-правові акти, відповідно до яких здійснюються охорона та захист прав і законних інтересів громадян нотаріусами. Ключові слова: нотаріат, нотаріус, охорона та захист прав і законних інтересів, вчинення нотаріальних дій, виконавчий напис.

The article devoted the role of notary in the sphere of protection of rights and interests of citizens, defines the term of a «notary» and notaries activities which are performed by them. Legal acts and regulations under which the protection of rights and interests of citizens is done by notary are analyzed.
