Можливості використання анкет CARAT для виявлення атопічних захворювань у практиці українського сімейного лікаря

Abstract

Asthma often occurs in combination with allergic rhinitis. Due to this fact, a complex approach to diagnostics and monitoring allergic rhinitis and asthma at the level of primary health care (PHC) was suggested, and CARAT survey, that makes it possible to conduct diagnostics and control over these diseases both, separately and combined, was introduced. The Ukrainian variant of the given survey was prepared and tested on 104 patients who have already been diagnosed with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis. The information about the structure and the methods of the assessment of the survey is given in the article, as well as the results of the concurrence of the data of the survey with the diagnosis of the main allergic disease determined, are presented.
