Study of functions of state, business, third sector and principles of their interaction directed of achievement of effective society

Abstract

The analysis of the functions fulfilled with three sectors “the state, the business and the third sector” has been carried out. We have examined the principles of construction of the relations between them and the principles of their cooperation at which their effective implementation is achieved. It is proved that the use of the observed principles: mutual trust and transparency in the relationships; rule of law; human rights, fair competition in the economic and social development; mutual recognition of the needs, interests and possibilities of the parties will allow Ukrainian society become effective.
