Зміст і методика педагогічного експерименту з формування соціально-комунікативної компетентності у майбутніх судноводіїв у процесі вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано особливості організації формувального етапу педагогічного експерименту щодо формування соціально-комунікативної компетентності майбутніх судноводіїв у процесі вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін, розкрито відповідні педагогічні засоби, методи, організаційні форми, використання яких дозволило моделювати ситуації професійного спрямування, закріплювати у курсантів здобуті вміння і способи належної соціально-комунікативної взаємодії. Ключові слова: соціально-комунікативна компетентність, педагогічні умови, експеримент, структурування матеріалу, діалогові технології, майбутні судноводії.

The content and methodology of formation of future navigators’ social communicative competence pedagogical experiment are considered in this article. Social science, social philosophy, communicative philosophy and pedagogy regard social communicative competence as one of the most important values and component for efficient interpersonal interaction. The typical communicative situations of professional activities have been singled out: positions on ship and responsibilities, safety aboard the ship, security of the ship in port and at sea, organization of crew cooperation regarding the psychological and cultural differences and their influence on professional activity efficiency. The sufficient grounding of the scientific and pedagogical staff to realize the aims of the experiment has been provided for special workshop on formation the future navigators’ social communicative competence.
