Abstract

Стаття присвячена особливостям правового регулювання статусу контролюючих органів щодо нотаріальної діяльності. Автор звертає увагу на позитивний досвід зарубіжних країн у сфері контролю за діяльністю нотаріусів. Запропоновані новведення до чинного законодавства України про нотаріат щодо контролю за діяльністю нотаріусів в Україні. This article is devoted to the peculiarities of legal regulation of the status of regulatory authorities regarding notarial activities. The author draws attention to the positive experience of foreign countries in the field of control over the activities of notaries.
