Принципи підготовки соціальних працівників до майбутньої професійної діяльності у Франції

Abstract

В статті встановлено, що французька система навчаня в іститутах соціальної роботи відрізняється від української, зв’язком між теорією та практикою. Проаналізовано систему вступу кандидатів на напрям підготовки «соціальна робота». Досліджено, що для сучасної системи професійної підготовки фахівців соціальної сфери, характерою є тісна взаємодія навчальних закладів, де здійснюється теоретична підготовка та підприємств, які є базами дя практичного навчання. Охарактеризовані принципи соціальної освіти у Франції. Ключові слова: соціальна освіта, соціальний працівник, приципи, система підготовки, навчання, кандидат.

The system of training of social workers in France is built on the following principles of education as: the principle of priority; transversality principle; the principle of social knowledge; modular principle of organization; modeling principle; principle of consciousness and activity. It has been established that the characteristic feature of the modern system of professional training in social work in France is close interaction between educational institutions, where the theoretical preparation is carried and businesses that are bases for practical training. This opens up opportunities for numerous experiments in the development of new forms of content and areas of continuing education. Thus, the training of social workers is based on the principle of alternating training where theoretical training periods alternate with periods of training in various schools, social services, organizations and institutions.
