| Abstract: | Colonoscopy is one of reliable methods of AP diagnosis. Moreover, it allows for immediate removal of the polyp or obtaining a biopsy specimen. Numerous studies have shown that the sensitivity of colonoscopy (CS) for detecting polyps 6-9 mm in size is 85-90% and reaches 95% for larger polyps with good bowel preparation. Sensitivity increases with the use of modern video colonoscopy methods |
