| Abstract: | Аскорбінова кислота є
одним із факторів, що зумовлює проходження всіх стадій онтогенезу. Найбільше АК знайдено в ростучих органах,
максимум накопичення спостерігається під час цвітіння. Листки у всіх дослі джуваних сортів характеризуються
найвищими показниками.
Ключові слова: Vitis, накопичення. The vitamin plays an important role in providing of all the stages of the ontogenesis, however, the maximum con centrations were discovered in developing organs and during flowering. The study of the ascorbic acid content showed different levels of the vitamin within the plant organs and cultivar -dependent variation.
