| Citation: | Using a fundamental of the theory А.F. Iоffе influencing value of chemical potential on thermoelectric properties ternary chalcogenides TlBiS2, TlBiSe2 and TlBiTe2 is estimated. Is established, that depending on technological conditions of obtaining is samples, the chemical potential is inflected in a definite spacing. For compounds TlBiSe2 at a room temperature reduced chemical potential is in range of values 2,6 ≤ µ* ≤ 6,5. For TlBiS2 and TlBiTe2 this spacing more broad: 2,7 ≤ µ* ≤ 14,2 and 2,6 ≤ µ* ≤ 12,1 accordingly. Thus, by selected yardstick to the most perspective materials it is possible to relate samples the thallium (I) bismuth (III) diselenide. |
