Історичний генезис інституту адвокатури в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглядаються основні інституціональні аспекти становлення адвокатської професії в історії України на основі вивчення та аналізу законодавчих актів, історико-правових, архівних джерел та інших документальних матеріалів. Хронологічні рамки дослідження охоплюють період з XVI ст. до наших часів. Ключові слова: адвокат, етапи становлення адвокатури, присяжні повірені, інститут судового захисту.

The article covers the main institutional aspects of the profession development of an attorney-at-law in Ukraine. The research is based on studies and analysis of legislative instruments, historical and legal sources as well as other documentary materials. The chronological framework of the research covers the period ranging from the 16 th. century to the present day. Key words: attorney-at-law, the stages of the legal profession, pleaders, the institute of judicial protection.
