| Abstract: | В статті визначено складові організаторських здатностей вчителя фізичної культури, що забезпечують проведення спортивної роботи в загальноосвітній школі. Проведено експертне оцінювання вказаних здатностей вчителями з значним досвідом педагогічної роботи. За результатами факторного аналізу встановлено їх факторну вагу в сумарній дисперсії. Виділено 3 групи організаторських здатностей: управлінські, аналітичні і технологічні. Обґрунтовано зміст організаторських здатностей вчителя фізичної культури з проведення спортивної роботи в загальноосвітній школі. |
| Description: | The article defines the components of organizational skills of a physical training teacher, which provide classes of sports education in a secondary school. An expert evaluation of these abilities was carried out by teachers with significant experience in educational work. According to the results of the factor analysis, their factor weight in the total dispersion was established. Three groups of organizational capabilities were selected: managerial, analytical and technological. The content of organizational skills of a physical training teacher for conducting sports education in a secondary school was substantiated.
